The Public Works department is responsible for the daily operations as far as maintaining the vacant lots, filling the potholes, replacing the road signs when needed, and picking up the Village resident's trash every Thursday and Friday depending on the precinct. The Public Work Employees also pick up bulk items on Fridays once the Work Request Form is completed and approved by the Department Supervisor.
